Balloon Room Balloon is a 3D animation created for CDSA (CityDigitalSkinArt), a media art festival showcasing digital works on large-scale LED screens in public spaces.

Developed for the 2023 theme Urban Jungle, the piece was designed for a 3D LED screen at Ten Square in Singapore. Everyday objects are compressed into a confined room and begin to inflate, pushing against their environment and blurring the boundaries between the familiar and the surreal.

The project explores forced perspective, spatial illusion, and depth perception specific to 3D LED screens. Created in Cinema 4D using dynamic balloon simulations, the work embraces a playful, slightly chaotic aesthetic shaped by both technical constraints and limited production time.
